Sebastian Real Estate Market Highlights – June 2015
Sale prices increased further in June 2015 as the real estate market activity continued strong despite the reduction in the inventory as we entered the traditionally slower summer season . The inventory (homes available for sale) was further reduced by 31% which is great news for the sellers as it may fuel further increase in sale prices.Sale prices jumped by 12% compared to the same period last year and the average selling price was very close to the asking price indicating demand for homes in Sebastian was very strong.
